Through the harrowing journey of remotely losing his mom to cancer, Akshay developed deep empathy for families & long-distance couples who have experienced the pain & frustration of feeling miles apart.

 

As a Stanford-trained designer, Akshay felt compelled & empowered to create a better way to "feel physically present over distance".

 

Alongside a team of accomplished advisors & investors, Akshay & Team Tangible have spent the past two years crafting a magical experience of connection – iterating through over 50 prototypes of Tangible in the process!
